1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Grepnetics Pte Ltd - Digital Lab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Company Information

Grepnetics Pte Ltd - Digital Lab is a company registered in Singapore, specializing in GenAI solutions, agentic AI systems, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent automation tools for rapid prototyping and enterprise applications.

3. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • GenAI solution development and consulting
  • Agentic AI system implementation
  • RAG-based solution architecture and development
  • Intelligent automation tools for SMEs
  • Rapid prototyping services at low cost or profit-share arrangements
  • Enterprise AI consulting and implementation

4. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment arrangements including:

  • Fixed-price project contracts
  • Profit-sharing arrangements for startup prototypes
  • Hourly consulting rates
  • Retainer-based ongoing support

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements and invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Client retains ownership of their business data and proprietary information
  • Grepnetics Pte Ltd retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed
  • Custom code and solutions developed for clients become client property upon full payment
  • Open-source components remain under their respective licenses

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and may be required for sensitive projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide solutions on an "as-is" basis and make no warranties regarding performance, uptime, or specific business outcomes, except as explicitly stated in project agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client will pay for all work completed and receive all deliverables for paid work.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
